How do I fix my name if it is entered incorrectly?
Email email@example.com with the correct information and we will update it for you within 1 business day. You can proceed in the course and we will fix it for your certificates.
How do I add my License Numbers?
Go to 'My Licenses' in your online classroom. Click 'add license' and enter your information as it appears on your license. Then you will click 'add license' one more time to confirm the information is added.
Certificates - Continuing Education
When/How do I get my certificates?
You will look under 'Completed Courses' in your online classroom. There will be a link to download your certificates next to the courses you have completed. You need a PDF reader in order to view your certificate
Does the course I'm taking reciprocate to my other state licenses?
Once you have all your licenses entered in your account and then begin a course- you will see what states are approved for that course. You can also review the course approval matrix here.
If a course is approved in multiple states, do I get more than one certificate?
You will receive a downloadable certificate for each license that you entered before you completed the course. The licenses must be added your online account for each state that you wish to receive a CE certificate for. There is no additional charge for multiple state licenses to receive credit for one course.
Do you submit my credits to my state after I complete the course?
Once you have completed your course, you will be notified via email as to what states we will be submitting your credits to. All other states the license holder will be responsible for.
Do I have to finish my course all in one sitting?
No, you do not have to finish your course in one sitting. You have the ability to save and logout as often as needed, until your course is completed. Your course is available 24/7.
Can I review the course when I am done?
Yes, click on the title you wish to review under your list of 'completed courses' in your online classroom. Click the review button and you will be able to review the courses pages
Can I print out the course pages?
Our course does not have the option to print out the course pages; however, your access to the course does not expire and you can review the course as often as you'd like - even after you have completed it.
How do I save my progress?
You will need to click the 'Save and Logout' button anytime you are ready to stop and save your progress.
How do I convert my Trial course to the full version?
There will be an option for you to upgrade to the full version at the end of the trial version. You will need to purchase and activate the full version under the same email address. All the progress you've made in the trial course will be saved and converted over to the full version.
I'm getting a blank screen when I hit "Start Course" button. What is wrong?
Your browser does not have Adobe Flash Player installed and/or enabled. You can download the latest Flash Player here or we recommend using the Google Chrome browser with our courses since it has Flash Player built-in.
The list is showing not approved for my license, Is something wrong?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888.632.2633. We will review the course you purchased and review that your information was entered correctly to receive credit.
