Hubbell is instructing their distributor channel partners, contractor, and end-user customers to stop shipping and installing all Commercial Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) Receptacle series as well as products that utilize GFCI’s as a component of a finished product. They are also instructing their distributor channel partners and contractors to advise their mutual customers of this product notification. All referenced material should be returned through their Hubbell Wiring Device – Kellems Distributor immediately.   • I am in the US and was notified by my supplier of the problem. I had already installed my devices and was told to simply press the test button and if it tripped and reset everything was OK. If not, return any that didn't work. All of mine were fine.

    I buy almost all of my supplies through local suppliers and not big box stores. Hubbell does a good job of customer service and this is just an example of how people should step up and address a problem in my opinion.
