  • continuation of above email] the pw crew was smart enough to know they would have no business trying to shut off the serving utility's power. when I heard of this it reminded me of the need sometimes to test flood waters for hazardous electrical current and also the need for instructions for fist responders to deal with situations any advice and maybe a mike holt course would be appreciated r
