Some of the new Leviton AFTR1 AFCI receptacles I recently installed in my own home trip immediately when I operate my amateur radio transmitter using as little as 5 watts power output. This happens even when the transmitter is plugged into a different circuit. Wiring attached to the "load" terminals apparently acts as an antenna which collects enough electromagnetic energy to affect the operation of the AFCI and cause it to trip.
