Theirs is a story of inspiration for those of you who may find yourself in similar situations as you follow your vision and go forward in the electrical trade. Hard work and perseverance does pay off even though it may be hard to see the big picture at times.

  • Many of us who got our education while working have somewhat similar stories. When I finally got my EE degree after 8 years of night school while working days and raising a family, during the commencement ceremonies the school also gave the wives a "PHTC" degree - Pushing Hubby Through College. The school was well aware of what the wives and kids had to put up with while the Dads and Husbands were working on their education on most nights and during many weekends. It takes an understanding family.
