Over the years, the questions never stop and the industry never ceases to change. Volume 2 of the “Hard to Find” represents a continuing effort to address some of the new issues. It contains sections dealing with “stray voltage”, an update on DG, an introduction to the concerns of “arc flash”, telephone interference, earth impedance, costs of overhead to underground, etc. Also, in this volume, are surveys (many of you requested) on reliability of various voltage levels, reactive power and Smart Grid.
The very popular paper entitled “10 More Ways to Become a Third World Utility” is included. Finally, there are a number of sections, which are for your entertainment, including “Adult Education Courses for Men” and “Amazing Simple Home Remedies”.
I hope you all enjoy this as much as I enjoyed putting it together.
