LazerSpot – Really Great Product Offer

Laser, which stands for light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation,  burst upon the scene in 1958 when Arthur L. Schawlow and Charles H. Townes, both working for Bell Labs, jointly published a scientific paper in Physical Review titled Infrared and Optical Masers.

Today, lasers are everywhere and here’s a fascinating and useful example:

We were recently contacted by a small company that needs some help getting their unique laser product off the ground. The company is LazerSpot and when we say small, we mean small – it’s Vic, his wife and their cat. Vic contacted us about this product and told us how it is a replacement for the traditional plumb bob. There is no comparable unit on the market for this price and the payback is immediate since only one person is needed to spot ceiling anchors, lay track lighting or pot lamps.

Vic made such a good pitch that Mike requested one to try out himself – and he was really impressed! It really was designed with electricians in mind. image

Traditionally (you know the drill), in order to transfer markings on the floor to the ceiling, it usually takes a traditional plumb bob, a stepladder, and two guys. With LazerSpot plumb bob, it’s much simpler and you can do it yourself:

1. You place it on the mark on the floor,

2. You level it using the leveling thumb screws, and when the bubbles in the two vials are centered,

3. You turn on the laser and voila! On the ceiling is a dot where the anchor should go.

This product is originally priced at $39.95, but for the next 10 business days Vic is offering his LazerSpot to Mike Holt’s newsletter members for $34.95. Call 613-256-9845 or Email sales@lazerspot.com and tell Vic you’re a Mike Holt newsletter member to order at this discounted rate.

  • I've not used one personally and I don't know what they cost, but the Laser Plumb Bob from Rack-a Tiers looks like an easier to use version of the same thing. Thanks for the news letter and passing along good information.
