A Guide to High Resistance Grounding

Part 3 of 4: Resistance Grounding Basics

imageWe are now offering as a free download Part Three of I-Gard’s four-part treatment of high-impedance ground protection which NEC permits under certain conditions in Article 250.36 (A) through (G) which should be carefully reviewed if any of this work is contemplated.

Part Three, Resistance Grounding Basics, defines high- and low-impedance grounding and discusses the advantages of going this route.

I-Gard’s Guide is conveniently organized into four parts. Over the last 2 months we sent Part 1 and Part 2, now here’s Part 3 and next month we’ll send Part 4.
