2020 NEC Book Cover Photo Contest

Your photo could be featured as one of Mike Holt's 2020 book covers!

If you win, you will receive $500, your photo will be used on a new Mike Holt textbook, and your name will appear in the credits of that book. All photos submitted will be judged by Mike Holt himself, as well members of the Mike Holt Enterprises creative team.

The Rules are below. Upload your photo by January 15, 2019. Winners will be announced March 1, 2019

Here are the current Mike Holt book covers, as an example:

1. You must own the copyright of the photograph(s) submitted to Mike Holt Enterprises and said photo has not been previously published, sold or licensed to anyone else.
2. All images must be minimum of 12 megabytes and be at least 3000 pixels tall and 3000 pixels wide; please use your highest settings on your phone if you are using a mobile phone.
3. Photographs must be in digital format.
4. By submitting your photograph(s), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Mike Holt Enterprises of Leesburg, its officers, directors, employees and affiliates from any and all claims or damages that may be asserted against it as a result of its use of your photo(s).
5. Contestants must be at least 18 years of age.
6. If your image is not selected for a book cover, Mike Holt Enterprises may use it for other marketing purposes without notifying you in writing.
7. The winner will receive credit in the book, plus $500 for the use of the image, which will become the property of MHE.
8. You can submit more than one photo.

By submitting your photograph(s), you are agreeing to the following:

• You are the sole owner of the photograph(s) and agree to give Mike Holt Enterprises full use with the understanding that it does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, use or disclose without authorization or otherwise violate any personal, copyright, trademark, trade secret right or other intellectual property or other property right of any third-party.
