  • When the vietnam war was taking place i was around 5 years old and i remember my cousins and family members went and served coming from a Hispanic background i feel ashamed of the Mexican government but feel proud of the united states of america it was and has been a blessing this country as my place of birth and pledging allegiance to the united states of America and Oh say can you see by the dawns early light national anthem its a great country God Bless

  • For those that have not served, I recomend that you and your family visit some militart museum or take a tour of some other retired Navel ships that served in the past wars. It will give you a very good idea of conditions that they live and or fought in.

  • I can remember when i came home from Vietnam and how bad we were treated. I was proud then and still proud of what we did. I am even prouder that we are getting the attention that is given to us now. God Bless America and all those who serve One Nation, Under God and LIBERTY FOR ALL! If i have offended anyone by stating the last sentence, TOUGH, we serve to protect and defend the freedom you have. Amen

  • I am the son of a veteran, one year ago today I had great pride and sorrow as I walk behind the casket of my father drapped with the American flag, God bless all of you living and gone but not forgotten.
