Description Western Electrical Contractors Association, Inc. (WECA), is a statewide non-profit organization serving electrical contractors, their employees and the industry suppliers that support them.

WECA offers federal and state approved commercial, residential, and voice-data-video apprenticeship programs. We also offer a state-approved Electrician Trainee Program, exam prep classes for journeymen pursuing state certification in California, and continuing education for contractors and journeymen.
