  • I completed a nice electrical remodel in the basement of a residential home. My cost "labor, materials and taxes" for doing the work totaled $5,100 and I billed for $8100. Did I charge to much for the work completed because it works out to about a 60% markup on my cost?

  • I'm looking for an old newspaper clipping, showing a human skull with a factory fishtape hook in it.It happened in Florida in the mid to late 70s,when I was a helper.A large co. was pulling parking lot ltg. They couldn't get a fistape through, and upon trying to pull it out had to cut it off and left it in the conduit.Next day they came back with co2,and as a joke, told a helper to watch for the mouse. As you may have guessed the moused forced the tape out of the pipe, with great speed, under the helper's cheekbone behind his eye and into his cranium. If you remember this,or can find the image, please reply.
